Visage Lab 3.0 – The Whole New Design

Sometimes new background means everything. You understand what we mean if you already saw new design of Visage Lab app (both Free and PRO) for iPad & iPhone. For sure we have changed much more than just the background image, but (as we see it) it is the first thing you gonna notice. Next go tweaked menu buttons and font, neater interface icons and more. All in all every detail is now fully in trend with iOS 7, giving you the whole new experience when working with familiar retouch tools and photo filters.

Today’s review is devoted to Pho.to Lab for iPhone/iPad, recently updated to version 2.1. Have you ever wanted to add extra flair to your Instagram or Facebook photos? Well, you can now! We have taught Pho.to Lab how to process photos from social networks. You’re now able to have so much fun with them! You could create a new Facebook avatar in a matter of seconds. You could make funny face montages with photos from your friends’ Instagram albums. Welcome on board, Kindle users!

While Google Play with lots of fancy apps is included with most of Android phones or tablets, it is not all that easy for Kindle users. Although Kindle is also Android-based, it has its own app store powered by Amazon. Unfortunately the latter counts much less apps to offer which makes it difficult for Kindle users to get some popular Android apps on their eBooks.

No workaround is needed with Pho.to Lab since both of its versions (PRO and Free) have been added to Amazon Appstore!

Several weeks ago we have released the redesigned version of Pho.to Lab PRO for Android. Nevertheless, the most of you use free version and your time has finally come! Starting from today you can download the brand-new version of Pho.to Lab 2.0 for FREE!

The major change is, as we mentioned above, the completely re-designed interface. Large previews for categories and templates are added for you to find the right effects faster and instantly see any given effect in detail . Another usability change is a quick navigation bar available from any screen (except of home screen where it is not necessary). Navigation bar helps to easily switch between groups, access the home screen or select your Favorite effects.

In three steps you get the collage that tells your friends the whole story: where you are, who you are with and how you feel about it (OK, not the whole, but very close to that, right?). Easy as 1-2-3: ‘one’ lets you take the main picture, ‘two’ brings you to the front camera for the next “emotion” snap and ‘three’ enables you to do some editing and save the result.

Artistic backgrounds for Featured Sketches and Paintings

It is always exciting to release an update for the whole group of effects, since we think of it as of a major update. At the moment it’s all about one of our (and hopefully yours too) favorite groups named ‘Featured Sketches and Paintings’, that has been enriched with optional artistic backgrounds.

Thus every effect in the group is now available in 2 variants: you can either get your drawing as is (on a single sheet of paper) or put it into a realistic background (on a sketch board, in a sketchbook, etc.).
