Every time we introduce a new version of any product we hope that you will find it as good and usable as we meant it to be. Today’s review is devoted to Pho.to Lab for iPhone/iPad, recently updated to version 2.1. This new release is inspired by approaching Christmas days and adapted to cover your possible holiday needs for festive effects and templates.
First things first. This update comes with new sliding tabs on the home screen for quick access to favorite and holiday effects. Slide left to see most popular effects or slide right to see the best Christmas frames and filters.

More great news for users of iOS devices! The CoverCam app has now become even more flexible and user-friendly!
Now you can select photos both from camera and your photo albums. After the effect is applied, you can move & scale the image within the frame and switch between the frames.
Also we have added a new button on the result screen that allows you to switch between ‘in the setting’ & ‘no setting’ modes of a cover template.

Share your iPhone/iPad photos even faster!
Good news for iPhone/iPad users: we have optimized the Share.Pho.to app to make it even more convenient and fast!
Now you can choose the size in which you want the photos to be uploaded.
Just click the resize button and choose the size that you have the patience to wait for best suits your needs:
- Original (no resize)
- Large (2000 px)
- Medium (1200 px)
- Small (800 px)
You can change the size at any moment, even if you are already uploading some images. It is useful in case you have chosen a rather large size, but can’t wait until all photos are uploaded.
Compared with the first version of the Share.Pho.to app, the 1.1 version has increased uploading speed thanks to multi-thread uploading support.
