Remember we made a post about #NewProfilePic’s nomination for Google Play Best of 2022 Users’ Choice Award? OK folks, as 2022 draws to a close, we’ve got more great news! Google announced the winners, and… we did it! 🙌🎊 The #NewProfilePic app won the Best of 2022 Users’ Choice Award in Germany 🇩🇪 and France 🇫🇷! 

We are really happy and proud to have received this prestigious award! This achievement would not have been possible without the votes of our German and French users, as well as without endless inspiration from users all over the world! 🌍

Looking back into 2022, we realize that this year has been tough, confusing and challenging for many people all over the world. Still, our multi-national team stayed strong and united as never before, doing our best to serve our mission – to deliver the best photo editing experience to mobile users all over the world!

The #NewProfilePic app, offering fancy styles for profile pics, was definitely the star turn of the year! We released it in April, and in May it rocketed to #1 in the English-speaking world. The app hit #1 Overall in the UK and the US, with other countries quickly joining the trend!

Our two flagship apps, Photo Lab and ToonMe, also rocked it in 2022! They went viral and hit #1 Overall on both the App Store and Google Play in many countries, including the US, China and Japan.

Summing it up, Photo Lab, ToonMe, and NewProfilePic apps have had over 200M downloads combined over the last 2 years! This number is so huge that it seems almost impossible to believe! Yet, we did it, thanks to inspiration from our users and dedication of each member of our team. 🤗🎉

The buzz started with ToonMe becoming #1 app Overall on both the App Store and Google Play in Romania 🇷🇴. Photo Lab, in its turn, hit #1 Overall in both stores in Dominican Republic a week later. 🇩🇴 Soon afterwards, North and South America stepped in and joined the fun!🌎
